Serving where need is greater

Have just attended the English language convention in Sweden for the English congregations in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.  There was a pioneer desk which displayed the congregations that have a need throughout the district.  I really liked the points made on the following signs.
I'm currently working in Norway to save to build up funds to continue in my pioneer assignment.
